September 26

6:43 a.m. Officers made contact with a suspicious male subject on Blue Heron Dr.

9:08 a.m. An officer was conducting enforcement on US17 near Smiths Crossing when he observed a Mercury Sedan traveling 60 m.p.h. in a post 45 m.p.h. zone Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Juan Galvez Roblero. An inquiry of his information revealed he did not possess a valid driver's license. Roblero was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

1:28 p.m. Officers responded to 12008 North Jacob Smart Blvd, Jasper County Detention Center, for an assault. Officers were informed of an assault between two inmated that happened several days prior.

4:46 p.m. Officers responded to 10015 S Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to a subject that came to the location that was listed as a wanted person. Officers made contact with the subject, Justin A Nelson and confirmed his identity. After the arrest warrant was confirmed Nelson was arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center. Nelson was charged on arrest warrants for: (1)Failure to Stop for Blue Lights (2) Possession with intent to distribute marijuana and (3) Trafficking cocaine.

7:19 p.m. Officers responded to East Main St in reference to a motor vehicle collision.

6:58 a.m. Officers responded to Old House Rd in reference to a motor vehicle collision.

While conducting their investigation officers found Gena Boccella in possession of crack cocaine and prescription medications in which she was not prescribed. Boccella was arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

12:40 a.m. Officers repsonded to a residence on Main St in reference to an argument.

4:38 a.m. Officers responded to a business on Sycamore Dr in reference to an alarm.

7:32 a.m. Officers responded to 11322 North Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to a civil complaint.

11:25 a.m. Officers responded to Intestate 95 near the 18 mile marker north bound in reference to debris in the roadway.

12:20 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Interstate 95 traveling south.

5:15 p.m. Officers responded to Sisters Ferry Rd in reference to a Ford Taurus parked on the railroad tracks.

5:35 p.m. Officers responded to Interstate 95 near the 18 mile marker north bound in reference to a disabled 18 wheeler

9:43 p.m. While on North Jacob Smart Blvd, an officer observed a white Ford Econoline van traveling north without any lights on. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the driver, Jose Ramirez. While speaking to Ramirez, an open can of beer was observed in the center console. Officers also learned that Ramirez did not have a valid license. Ramirez was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

September 19

1:33 a.m. Officers responded to 8250 E Main St, Enmarket, in reference to a white female in the parking lot yelling at patrons.

2:00 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Crabapple Ln in reference to assisting the Jasper County Sheriffs Office with searching for a missing person. The female was located on the property safe.

6:54 a.m. A truck was reported on Interstate 95 traveling north spilling water from its tank.

9:33 a.m. Officers received a report of a green Jeep speeding on Interstate 95 while traveling south.

9:57 a.m. Officers received a report of a reckless driver traveling north on Interstate 95.

10:22 a.m. Officers received a report of a Honda Pilot driving recklessly

1:15 p.m. Officers took a report of a fraud that took place using a financial app.

4:47 p.m. Officers responded to 8225 E Main St, Walgreens, in reference to a white female sleeping in the bathroom.

5:36 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Azalea Ave in reference to an alarm.

6:16 p.m. A reckless driver was reported traveling north on US17

8:11 p.m. Officers responded to 8216 E Main, Days Inn, in reference to a suspicious person.

11:17 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Colony Dr in reference to a larceny

5:45 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Main St

6:21 p.m. Officers responded to Interstate 95 near the 21 mile marker north bound in reference to a property damage.

7:21 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Blvd near Mango Dr in reference to a suspicious person.

7:29 p.m. Officers responded to 10504 S Jacob Smart Blvd, Forest Motel, in reference to a larceny.

8:22 p.m. Officers responded to a business on Sycamore Dr in reference to an alarm.

September 17

2:39 a.m. Officers responded to the area of Riceshire Rd in reference to a noise complaint.

3:08 a.m. Officers received a complaint of a reckless driver traveling north on Interstate 95

3:00 p.m. Officer observed a gray Ford Explorer traveling on Main St. The vehicle was traveling 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Rafael Galeana, who did not have a license. Galeana was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

4:35 p.m. Officers assisted the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office with a missing person report.

September 16

8:21 a.m. Officers responded to Grays Hwy in reference to a noise complaint.

8:45 a.m. Officers responded to a business on Weathersbee Dr in reference to an alarm.

11:11 a.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to an animal complaint.

2:16 p.m. While conducting patrol on Grays Hwy officers observed a Toyota Avalon traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Robert Spicer, who was revealed to have a suspended license. Officers also located an open container of alcohol, still cool to the touch, inside the vehicle. Spicer was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

5:56 p.m. Officers conducted a welfare check on Interstate 95 near the 22 mile marker in reference to a disabled vehicle.

8:30 p.m Officers received a report of a reckless driver on Coosaw Scenic Dr.

9:47 p.m. Officers received a noise complaint on Azalea Ave

10:21 p.m. Officers responded to Colony Dr in reference to a noise complaint.

September 15

9:40 a.m. Officers responded to the area of North Jacob Smart Blvd and Main St in reference to a stray kitten.

11:14 a.m. Officers responded to 221 James L Taylor Dr, Quality Inn, in reference to an assault.

2:36 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on S Logan St in reference to property damage.

5:45 p.m. Officers responded to the area of Wilson St in reference to a suspicious person.

6:00 p.m. While conducting patrol of Interstate 95 and officer observed a Honda near the 24 mile marker north bound passing several vehicles in the emergency lane of travel and driving recklessly. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Braxton Hoover of Nerrit Island FL. A search of Hoover's Florida driver's license revealed his priviledges to be suspended. Also while speaking to Hoover officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded (3) mason jars of marijuana. Hoover was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

September 14

6:15 a.m. Officers responded to Grahamville Rd in reference to a suspicious person in the area.

2:15 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Wood Duck St in reference to a theft.

5:36 p.m. Officers responded to a business on South Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to an alarm.

7:48 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Green St.

September 11

5:20 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on 1st Avenue in reference to a medical call

8:30 a.m. Officers made contact with a female on Interstate 95 who was walking in the emergency lane of travel.

12:20 p.m. Officers responded to a business on Tillman Rd in reference to an alarm.

2:17 p.m. Officers responded to a business on Getsinger St in reference to a larceny.

5:15 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on Interstate 95 traveling south.

9:05 p.m. While on Jacob Smart Blvd an officer observed a gold in color Ford Taurus changing lanes unsafely. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver, Marvin Duncan. An inquiry of Duncan's information revealed his driving priviledges to be suspended. Duncan had a previous citation for driving under suspension as well. Duncan was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center for driving under suspension - 2nd offense.

4:23 p.m. Officers received a report of a reckless driver on Interstate 95 traveling north bound.

10:46 a.m. Officers responded to Captain Bill Rd near US17 in reference to a white female walking in the roadway.

11:51 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Logan St in reference to an animal complaint.

4:33 p.m. Officers responded to 221 James L Taylor Dr, Quality Inn, in reference to a civil complaint.

7:48 p.m. Officers received a report of a reckless driver on Logan St.

9:50 p.m. Officers responded to a business on Main St in reference to an alarm.

10:58 p.m. Officers responded to 8257 E Main St, Burger King, in reference to a suspicious male in the area. Contact was made with the subject, Lee Albert Garvin, who was observed to be carrying a black backpack with a large machete handle sticking out. Officers, having prior knowledge that Garvin had (4) outstanding warrants with this agency, advised Garvin that he was under arrest. Garvin was ultimately arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center. Garvin had arrest warrants with this agency for: (1)Assault and Battery 1st Degree (2)Trespassing (3)Trespassing (4) Shoplifting.

11:47 p.m. Officers responded to a business on Grahamville Rd in reference to an alarm.

September 5

3:42 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Trout St in reference to a theft.

10:30 a.m. Officers received a report of a reckless driver traveling north on Interstate 95

7:29 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Blvd near the Plantation Inn in reference to a medical call.

7:25 p.m. Officers responded to the area of North Logan St in reference to a suspicious person.

7:36 p.m. Officers responded to 11058 North Jacob Smart Blvd, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, in reference to a verbal argument.

9:30 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to a motor vehicle collision.

September 4

5:52 a.m. Officers responded to the area of WoodDuck St in reference to a suspicious vehicle

9:23 a.m. Officers responded to 80 Blue Heron Dr, BP, in reference to a white Honda that was alledgedly parked in the parking lot for several hours.

10:17 a.m. Officers responded to 698 Adams St, Perry's Storage, in reference to a bicycle left on the premises.

2:25 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Hagin St in reference to a harassment complaint.

3:36 p.m. Officers received a report of a reckless driver traveling south on Interstate 95

4:13 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shadetree St in reference to a child locked in a vehicle. The vehicle was unlocked shortly after the residence telephoned for assistance.

11:35 p.m. Officers responded to the area of Adams St in reference to a white male knocking of doors asking for assistance. Upon arrival officers did locate the subject who advised he had just been assaulted by several individuals somewhere behind the KFC in Ridgeland. The victim stated the subjects took his wallet and other personnel items before leaving the area. The incident is currently under investigation.

September 3

1:55 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shadetree St in reference to a noise complaint.

4:48 a.m. Officers responded to a business on North Jacob Smart Blvd in reference to an alarm.

2:32 p.m. Officers were conducting patrol near Main St and Sisters Ferry Rd when they observed a Honda Civic disregard a stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, David Vasquez Perez, who did not posses a valid driver's license. Perez was arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

5:25 p.m. Officers were patrolling Main St when they observed a gray Ford Pickup unable to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, Luis Solis Roblero, who did not posses a valid driver's license. Roblero was arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.

8:00 p.m. Officers were patrolling Main St near Logan St when they observed a white Toyota Camry being operated on the roadway. Officers received notification that the vehicle did not have valid insurance. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the driver, Owen Hicks. Hicks was subsequently arrested, transported, and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.
