6:31 a.m. Officers responded to the 20 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

7:55 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of South Jacob Smart Boulevard and Smith's Crossing for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. Injuries were reported.

11:13 a.m. Officers responded to South Logan Street for a welfare check on a pedestrian.

1:39 p.m. A vehicle was reported as driving recklessly at the 27 mile marker south bound on I-95.

2:22 p.m. Officers observed a blue Honda Civic at the 19 mile marker south bound on I-95 traveling at a speed of 97 miles per hour. A traffic stop was conducted and officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and officers located a quantity of marijuana in the vehicle. THe driver of the vehicle, Edis Alexander Serrano-Perez, was arrested for speeding, beginner permit violation and simple possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. The Civic was towed by a wrecker service from rotation.

Joseph Elijah Kareem Robinson was arrested for unlawful carry of a pistol and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. Robinson was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

8:19 p.m. While conducting a property check at Turpin Park, officers located Darrell Grayson on the property. Grayson had previously been served a trepass notice for the property. Grayson was arreted for trespass after notice and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

September 14

12:55 a.m. Officers responded to the Enmarket, 8250 East Main Street, for a welfare check on a subject in the parking lot.

1:57 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Hagin Drive for a welfare check.

8:21 a.m. A vehicle was reported as driving recklessly at the 28 mile marker south bound on I-95.

8:40 a.m. Officers met with John Messina at the Ridgeland Police Department where he turned himself in on a Domestic Violence charge. Messina was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

1:26 p.m. Officers assisted the Jasper County Sheriff's Office with a fight in progress at the Ridgeland Hardeeville High School, 250 Jaquar Trail.
