2:49 p.m. Officers responded to the Ridgeland Police Department to meet with a complainant in reference to a child exchange issue.

12:57 a.m. Officers responded to South Jacob Smart Boulevard for a report of loud music.

12:09 p.m. A blue semi was reported as driving recklessly at the 27 mile marker south bound on I-95.

2:52 p.m. Officers responded to Coosaw Scenic Drive for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

3:29 p.m. Officers responded to Compassus Hospice, 10911 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

10:42 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of the Carolina Lodge, 8260 East Main Street, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

1:48 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95.

5:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95 for debris in the roadway.

11:34 p.m. Officers responded to Grahamville Road to assist EMS.

3:21 a.m. A black Dodge truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 13 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:07 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on West Main Street for an activated alarm.

5:02 p.m. A blue Chevrolet Suburban was reported as driving recklessly at the 14 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:53 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Sailfish Circle for a civil matter.

1:17 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 north bound on ramp for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

5:31 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Main Street for a domestic dispute.

8:36 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a domestic dispute.

10:34 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on 3rd Avenue to assist EMS.

11:49 p.m. Officers responded to the Day's Inn, 8216 East Main Street, for a domestic dispute.

January 8

12:56 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street to assist EMS with a patient transport.

4:11 a.m. While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle matching the description of a vehicle involved in a larceny at the Coin Laundry. A traffic stop was conducted and the passenger of the vehicle, Barry Lew, matched the description of the suspect from the earlier incident. Lew was arrested for open container and affidavits were submitted charging him with larceny. Lew was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

11:34 a.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of B&T's Food Fresh Market, 8205 East Main Street, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

11:24 p.m Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a report of an unwanted person at the residence. The person left before the arrival of law enforcement.

January 7

9:32 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a civil matter.

10:04 a.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

10:33 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on South Logan Street for a welfare check on a resident.

12:05 p.m. Officers responded to Coin Laundry, 10246 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a larceny. The incident is under further investigation.

1:51 p.m. Officers responded to Russell Street for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

10:49 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a domestic dispute.

January 6

11:03 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a domestic dispute that took place in the parking lot.

5:48 p.m. Officers spoke with a complainant on the telephone in reference to a larceny that occurred at the BP Station, 10728 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. The incident remains under further investigation.

January 5

1:16 a.m. A blue Toyota sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95.

10:47 a.m. Officers responded to the Palm's Motel, 10535 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a larceny from a rented room. The incident remains under further investigation.

1:12 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on 3rd Avenue for a report of financial transaction fraud. The incident remains under further investigation.

3:43 p.m. Officers spoke with a complainant on the telephone in reference to a breech of trust. The incident remains under further investigation.

5:30 p.m. A blue Chrysler mini van was reported as driving recklessly at the 20 mile marker south bound on I-95.

January 4

2:20 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a report of an unknown male subject being in a yard. Officers were unable to locate the subject when they arrived.

4:06 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of South Jacob Smart Boulevard and Smith's Crossing for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported to a local hospital by EMS.

6:35 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a civil matter.

6:43 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and West Main Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported to a local hospital by EMS.

January 3

11:18 a.m. Officers responded to Tarboro Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

1:38 p.m. A gold Honda Accord was reported as driving recklessly on South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

8:38 p.m. Officers responded to North Logan Street for a report of loud noises in the park.

8:49 p.m. Officers responded to Captain Bill Road for a dog running at large.

10:17 p.m. A red Toyota Tacoma was reported as driving recklessly at the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95.
