10:30 a.m. Investigators with the Ridgeland Police Department have charged three males with spray paint vandalism due to recent incidents throughout the town of Ridgeland. All three are being charged with 30 counts of vandalism. Two male juveniles are being charged through the Department of Juvenile Justice and an adult male, Alford Lee Scoby, will have warrants issued for his arrest.

A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle, Julio Alberto Gastelum, did not have a valid driver's license. Gastelum was arrested for speeding, no driver's license and open container. Gastelum was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. A wrecker from rotation towed the vehicle to their facility.

Upon stopping the vehicle for driving reckless, officers determined the driver was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The driver, David Pinckney of Bluffton, was arrested and booked into the Jasper County Detention Center.
