4:53 a.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

5:35 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

10:57 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Sailfish Circle for a report of property damage.

11:15 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a domestic dispute.

12:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 26 mile marker north bound on I-95 to assist the South Carolina Highway Patrol on a traffic stop.

3:24 p.m. A dark green van was reported as driving recklessly at the 12 mile marker north bound on I-95.

7:21 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Oak Ridge North for a reported burglary. The incident remains under further investigation.

8:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

11:46 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Oak Ridge South for a civil dispute between room mates.

August 30

6:54 a.m. Officers responded to Exit 22 south bound for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.

7:22 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and Jacob Smart Boulevard for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

8:32 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

2:24 p.m. Officers responded to the Barkin' Basement, 10974 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a larceny. The incident remains under further investigation.

2:53 p.m. A red Honda was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

3:22 p.m. Officers responded to North Green Street for a motorist assist.

7:10 p.m. A white Toyota Prius was reported as driving recklessly at the 20 mile marker north bound on I-95.

8:23 p.m. A blue semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

10:08 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Ellis Hodges Road and Smith's Crossing for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

August 29

3:27 a.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for suspicious person in the parking lot.

8:39 a.m. Officers responded to Turpin Park, 901 North Logan Street, for a report of littering. The incident remains under further investigation.

9:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

10:05 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Jacob Smart Boulevard and Main Street to assist EMS with a female having a medical complaint.

11:27 a.m. Officers responded to Logan Lane Apartments, 544 South Logan Street, for a suspicious male subject in the parking lot. When officers arrived, the subject was located and he was observed trying to hide contraband. The male subject, Guillermo Antonio Alvarenga, was arrested for littering. Alvarenga was in possession of a stolen vehicle and was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. He was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

12:20 p.m. Officers responded to Beach Street for a report of remains being found next to the roadway. The remains were determined to be that of an animal.

1:05 p.m. Officers responded to Turpin Park for a report of a suspicious male subject.

2:42 p.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, to serve an active arrest warrant on Devon Jarrod Battiste. Battiste was arrested for breach of trust, less than $2,000 and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. Battististe's warrant stemmed from an incident on August 22, 2019, where he allegedly took money from Waffle House as an employee.

9:56 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

August 28

9:03 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a welfare check on a resident.

11:13 a.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a pedestrian on the interstate.

1:42 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a report of an intoxicated female in the parking lot. When officers arrived they located Valjean Walton. Walton was found to be intoxicated and she was arrested for disorderly conduct. Walton was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

1:56 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Grays Highway and Jaguar Loop for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported by EMS.

7:57 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly for a malicious injury to property. Witnesses told responding officers that they saw Keisha Adams intentionally scratch a vehicle that belonged to the victim. A warrant affidavit has been submitted charging Adams with malicious injury to property.

August 27

8:46 a.m. Officers responded to the Boy's and Girl's Club, 456 Grays Highway, for an activated alarm.

9:49 a.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95 for debris in the roadway.

10:00 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a dispute between a male and female subject.

10:05 a.m. Officers responded to the 20 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a male subject walking on the interstate.

11:47 a.m. Officers responded to the South State Bank, 10671 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles in the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

2:59 p.m. A silver Ford SUV was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

4:25 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Court House, 265 Russell Street, for a dog complaint.

4:52 p.m. Officers responded to Pizza Hut, 10856 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a subject trespassing on the property. The subject was located and placed on trespass notice at request of the business.

6:46 p.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of people loitering in the parking lot.

6:52 p.m. Officers responded to the Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a shoplifting. Benjamin Bobian, Jr. was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

3:51 a.m. A red Toyota Camry was reported as driving recklessly at the 23 mile marker south bound on I-95.

6:48 a.m. Officers responded to Devon Wood Apartments, 137 Captain Bill Road, in reference to an eviction process.

7:40 a.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 12 mile marker north bound on I-95.

10:37 a.m. Officers met with a complainant on East Main Street in reference to a missing person.

11:50 a.m. A silver Ford F-150 was reported as driving recklessly at the 15 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:05 p.m. Officers responded to West Main Street for a report of a suspicious male subject.

1:21 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a report of a female walking on the interstate.

1:26 p.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a breach of trust. A warrant affidavit has been submitted charging Devon Battiste with breach of trust.

3:12 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of the Ridgeland Baptist Church, 1448 Grays Highway, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

6:26 p.m. A silver Honda was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

5:37 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Main Street and Railroad Avenue for a report of an intoxicated male. Samuel Bowels was located at the intersection and he was found to be intoxicated while in the public. Bowels was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

7:05 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Wilson Street for a civil matter involving a cellular phone.

7:41 p.m. Officers observed a black Chevrolet S-10 traveling on South Jacob Smart Boulevard without dimming its high beams. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle, Jerry Sheftal, was found to be driving while under the influence. Sheftal was arrested for DUI and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

10:30 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Cobia Lane for a report of loud music. The source of the loud music was located and the residents turned down the music.

August 22

12:09 a.m. Officers responded to New Hong Kong Restaurant, 8176 East Main Street, for an activated alarm.

7:45 a.m. Officers responded to McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a motorist assist.

9:30 a.m. Officers responded to the commercial motor vehicle parking on the south bound side of I-95 to assist the Ridgeland Fire Department.

1:03 p.m. Officers responded to the 23 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a report of tire debris in the roadway.

3:29 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a motorist assist.

3:37 p.m. Officers responded to the EconoLodge, 511 James L. Taylor Drive, for a report of stolen A/C units. The incident remains under further investigation.

3:39 p.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a report of a rock being thrown by a mower and striking a vehicle.

8:55 p.m. Officers assisted the Jasper County Sheriff's Office on Henry Lawton Road for a report of gun shots being fired in the area.

10:02 p.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 209 Heron Crossing Road, for a report of a suspicious group of males.

August 21

8:05 a.m. Officers responded to O'Reilly's Auto Parts, 11058 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a stolen vehicle license. The incident remains under further investigation.

10:40 a.m. A green Nissan Altima was reported as driving recklessly on Smith's Crossing.

2:56 p.m. Officers responded to North Logan Street for a report of debris in the roadway.

7:22 p.m. Officers responded to Star Point BP, 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a snake in the store.

7:31 p.m. Officers observed a red Nissan Rogue traveling above the posted speed limit at the 19 mile marker south bound on I-95. A traffic stop was conducted and when an officer approached the vehicle, the driver left the scene. The driver was identified prior to his departure as Arthur Taylor, Jr. Taylor was later spotted by officers and stopped again. Taylor was arrested for speeding and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

10:39 p.m. Officers responded to Coosaw Scenic Drive for a motorist assist.

August 20

7:52 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Eleanor Avenue for an activated alarm.

9:12 a.m. Officers responded to the area of the exit 21 interchange for a report of a handgun being found by a town employee.

9:54 p.m. Officers responded to Carolina Lodge, 8260 East Main Street, for a report of a loud noises coming from a room.

August 19

9:37 a.m. Officers responded to McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a report of a male subject harassing customers in the parking lot.

11:09 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a 911 hang up call.

11:23 a.m. Officers responded to the Travel Lodge, 8216 East Main Street, for a civil dispute.

12:40 p.m. Officers responded to residence on Brandon Cove for 911 hang up call.

1:49 p.m. Officers responded to the Magistrate's Office, 967 West Adams Street, for a report of a male, who had an order of protection, in the presence of the subject of the order.

3:35 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Court House, 265 Russell Street, for a report of cats running at large.

4:21 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a shoplifting incident. Henry Burrison was located a short distance from the business and was arrested for shoplifting and trespassing after notice. Burrison was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

4:55 p.m. Officers responded to the 23 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

5:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

August 18

3:47 a.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a report of a female subject harassing customers. The female subject was located and she was placed on trespass notice.

8:19 a.m. Officers responded to Burger King, 8257 East Main Street, for a motorist assist.

10:00 a.m. Officers responded to the Palms Motel, 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a domestic dispute between a male and female subject. The male subject departed the scene before officers arrived. A warrant affidavit has been submitted charging Brandon Martin with domestic violence, 2nd degree.

3:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 19 mile marker south bound for a motorist assist.

3:46 p.m. Officers responded to the Sunoco Station, 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a vehicle receiving damage from debris on I-95.

6:21 p.m. Officers responded to Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a report of a male subject harassing customers in the parking lot. The male was located and placed on trespass notice.

7:31 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 10728 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a domestic dispute between a male and female subject.

10:57 p.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a report of a male and female subject arguing in the business.

11:29 p.m. Officers responded to East Adams Street to assist the Ridgeland Fire Department with a structure fire.

2:58 a.m. Officers responded to the Quality Inn, 221 James L. Taylor Drive, for a report of people sleeping in a vehicle in the parking lot.

10:46 a.m. A black Porsche was reported as driving recklessly at the 32 mile marker south bound on I-95.

2:36 p.m. Officers met with a complainant in reference to a wallet being found at Subway, 8234 East Main Street.

4:58 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street in reference to a suspicious phone call.

5:04 p.m. A black motorcycle was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

9:02 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Queen's Way for an activated alarm.

August 16

8:14 a.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Court House, 265 Russell Street, for an activated alarm.

8:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 19 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

9:12 a.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker on I-95 to assist the South Carolina Highway Patrol on a traffic stop.

9:37 a.m. Officers responded to the 17 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

10:58 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a welfare check on a resident.

11:15 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Honey Comb Lane for a 911 hang up call.

12:27 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Taylor Mill Road for an activated alarm.

5:08 p.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

11:07 p.m. Officers observed a green Honda Accord traveling above the posted speed limit on Logan Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for the speeding violation. When the Honda Accord came to rest, the driver of the vehicle exited and led on foot. Officers were able to identify the driver of the vehicle as Jabari Curtis Bostick. Warrant affidavits have been filed charging Bostick with possession of a firearm by a felon, speeding and driving under suspension.

Special Announcement

Divondre Kevon Booker Polite turned himself in to officers at the Ridgeland Police Department at 8:30 a.m. this morning. Polite had an outstanding warrant for assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, second degree. This charge stemmed from an incident on August 8, 2019, in the parking lot of Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street. An additional charge of indecent exposure has been submitted for Polite from an incident on July 29, 2019, where Polite allegedly exposed himself to a female subject. Polite was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center where he awaits a bond hearing.

August 15

12:25 a.m. Officers assisted the Jasper County Sheriff's Office with a shooting incident on Grahamville Road.

7:03 a.m. Officers responded to Pizza Bella, 8196 East Main Street, for an activated alarm.

8:12 a.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a tree in the roadway.

10:49 a.m. Officers responded to McCormack Avenue for a report of two dogs running at large. A black dog and a brown dog were located and transported to JARM after the owner could not be located.

11:16 a.m. A red semi was reported as driving recklessly at the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95.

11:53 a.m. Officers responded to Cute Stuff, 7772 West Main Street, for an activated alarm.

12:46 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Main Street for an activated alarm.

3:03 p.m. Officers responded to Sisters Ferry Road for a report of two dogs running at large.

6:41 p.m. A burgundy Hyundai was reported as driving recklessly at the 18 mile marker south bound on I-95.

6:46 p.m. Officers responded to Kingdom Touch Ministries, 6714 Tillman Road, to assist EMS.

6:54 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Brandon Cove for an activated alarm.

7:10 p.m. Officers met the Hardeeville Police Department at the Jasper County Detention Center where they had custody of Joseph Dandre Cooper. Cooper had two outstanding warrants with the Ridgeland Police Department for breaking into motor vehicles. The warrants stemmed from an incident that occurred August 13, 2019, on Captain Bill Road.

8:17 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for an activated alarm.

9:28 a.m. Officers responded to the 19 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a report of tire debris in the roadway.

11:02 a.m. A burgundy Dodge minivan was reported as driving recklessly at the 27 mile marker south bound on I-95.

12:16 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a report of a suspicious male and female taking photographs.

1:27 p.m. A grey Ram truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

3:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

August 13

9:00 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on McTeer Avenue for an activated alarm.

10:31 a.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 11090 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of an unconscious male in the parking lot. The male subject was transported by EMS to a local hospital.

12:02 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Captain Bill Road for a motor vehicle break-in. Warrants have been obtained against Joseph Dandre Cooper for the incident.

1:36 p.m. Officers responded to the Boy's and Girl's Club, 456 Grays Highway, for an activated alarm.

2:33 p.m. Officers responded to the Family Dollar, 73 South Green Street, for a report of a small child unattended in a vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

3:32 p.m. A beige Lexus was reported as driving recklessly at the 14 mile marker north bound on I-95.

4:09 p.m. Officers spoke with a complainant by telephone in reference to a vehicle break-in that occurred on West Main Street.

6:53 p.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 313 Heron Crossing Road, for a report of two people arguing.

11:51 p.m. Officers responded to the Siesta, 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a subject trespassing on the property. Tywann Terry was located on the property and a trespass notice was confirmed. Terry was arrested for trespassing after notice and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

August 12

1:12 a.m. A white Chevrolet car was reported as driving recklessly on Bees Creek Road.

9:25 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for an incorrigible juvenile.

9:27 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Floyd Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

12:20 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Oak Ridge South for a welfare check on two dogs.

1:32 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 17 mile marker north bound on I-95.

3:30 p.m. Officers obtained a warrant on Divondre Kevon Booker Polite for assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, second degree. Polite is alleged to have assaulted a female subject in the parking lot of Harvey's on August 8, 2019.

8:00 p.m. Officers responded to the Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a male subject shoplifting. Officers located the suspect, Edward Garvin, and he was positively identified as the subject who shoplifted from the business. Garvin was arrested for shoplifting and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

August 10

4:41 a.m. Two horses were reported on I-95 around the 20 mile marker north bound. A collision occurred with the horses and three vehicles. Two people were transported to local hospitals.

9:50 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

10:08 a.m. Officers responded to South Jacob Smart Boulevard for a report of a dog running at large.

10:27 a.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a report of a male and female subject fighting. The subjects were gone when officers arrived.

10:37 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Eleanor Avenue for an activated alarm.

10:50 a.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a motorist assist.

12:55 p.m. Officers responded to the Siesta, 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a suspicious vehicle.

1:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 24 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

5:13 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Honey Comb Lane for a welfare check on a resident.

6:06 p.m. Officers responded to Shade Tree Street for a report of a dog running at large. Officers had been called numerous times in reference to this dog. The owner of the dog was located and cited for dog running at large.

11:16 p.m. Officers responded to Fordville Road for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.

August 9

5:42 a.m. A red Hyundai was reported as driving recklessly at the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95.

8:40 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Bees Creek Road and Sweet William Road for a suspicious female in the roadway.

8:41 a.m. Officers responded to Smith's Crossing for a suspicious vehicle.

10:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

12:17 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of KFC, 8146 East Main Street, for a report of a male subject panhandling.

7:45 p.m. A brown Ford F-150 was reported as driving recklessly at the 28 mile marker south bound on I-95.

August 8

8:32 a.m. Officers responded to Wiley Street in reference to an abandoned bicycle in a ditch.

10:10 a.m. A tan Ford Explorer was reported as driving recklessly at the 9 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:05 p.m. Officers responded to Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a report of a female subject being assaulted in the parking lot by an unknown male subject. The incident remains under further investigation.

August 7

8:03 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Dolphin Drive for a report of two juvenile children fighting.

2:18 p.m. Officers responded to DSS, 10908 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a suspicious phone call.

7:11 p.m. Officers responded to Ole Bakery, 7785 West Main Street, for a suspicious phone call.

August 6

4:51 a.m. Officers responded to the 21 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a report of a vehicle driving the wrong way.

11:35 a.m. A black semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 16 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:10 p.m. Officers responded to South Green Street for a report of feral cats running at large.

12:54 p.m. Officers responded to Family Dollar, 73 South Green Street, for a report of a white van parked in a handicapped parking spot improperly.

2:02 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for a civil dispute between neighbors.

2:43 p.m. Officers responded to JARM, 1352 Sisters Ferry Road, for a report of two individuals harassing employees of the business. Darrell and Amanda Grayson were placed on trespass notice at the request of the business.

4:28 p.m. A red and white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95.

5:19 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Bailey Lane for an activated alarm.

6:40 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10583 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of three individuals trespassing on the property. Dawn Asher, Henry Burrison and Walter Able were placed on trespass notice for the property at the request of the business.

9:37 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Honey Comb Lane in reference to a homeowner observing an unknown male subject attempting to gain entry into a vehicle. The incident remains under further investigation.

August 5

12:05 a.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

3:33 a.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

5:01 a.m. Officers responded to Regions Bank, 11004 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a welfare check on the property.

7:47 a.m. A black motorcycle was reported as driving recklessly at the 33 mile marker south bound on I-95.

8:05 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Honey Comb Lane for a report of a homeowner seeing an unidentified male attempting to enter vehicles in their driveway. The incident remains under further investigation.

8:40 a.m. A grey van was reported as driving recklessly on North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

9:58 a.m. Officers met with a complainant at the Ridgeland Police Department in reference to a lost wallet.

10:06 a.m. Officers responded to Palms Motel, 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a cat running at large.

7:23 p.m. A white GMC Sierra was reported as driving recklessly at the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95.

4:28 a.m. A red car was reported as driving recklessly at the 33 mile marker south bound on I-95.

9:42 a.m. Officers responded to the 17 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

10:48 a.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a report of an injured bird in the roadway.

12:29 p.m. A blue Chevrolet Silverado was reported as driving recklessly at the 27 mile marker south bound on I-95.

2:07 p.m. Officers responded to O'Reilly's Auto Parts, 11058 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

3:17 p.m. Officers responded to West Smith Street for a report of a suspicious male subject.

8:15 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 17 mile marker north bound on I-95.

10:11 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for a report of missing puppies. The incident remains under further investigation.

11:33 p.m. Officers assisted the South Carolina Highway Patrol with a traffic stop at the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95.

August 2

12:11 a.m. Officers responded to Travel Lodge, 8216 East Main Street, for a report of two people arguing in a room.

5:51 a.m. Officers responded to Tarboro Road for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

9:25 a.m. Officers responded to the south bound rest area on I-95 for a 911 hang up call.

1:21 p.m. Officers responded to the north bound rest area on I-95 for a motorist assist.

4:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a report of two dogs running at large.

7:58 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a male subject on the property who had been previously placed on trespass notice. Clinton Green was found to be on the property and he was arrested for trespass after notice. Green was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

9:07 p.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of a group of male subjects loitering in the parking lot.

August 1

12:48 a.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

3:37 a.m. A black semi puller silver trailer was reported as driving recklessly at the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95.

7:11 a.m. Officers responded to the Ridgeland Baptist Church, 1448 Grays Highway, for an activated alarm.

12:42 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a welfare check on a resident.

2:59 p.m. Officers responded to Devon Wood Apartments, 137 Captain Bill Road, for a report of a resident wanting to do harm to themselves. The subject was transported to a local hospital for an evaluation.

5:32 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Court House, 265 Russell Street, for an activated alarm.

7:00 p.m. Officers responded to Family Dollar, 73 South Green Street, for a report of a male subject panhandling in the parking lot.

9:42 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Boulevard for an activated alarm.

11:06 p.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 72 Heron Crossing Road, for a welfare check on a resident.
