Town Council Meeting
The Town of Ridgeland, South Carolina will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 1 Town Square (Ridgeland Town Hall) concerning the Tickton Hall annexation petition and land development agreement proposed by Tickton Hall Investments, LLC, Euhaw Holdings, LLC, Tickton Hall Holdings, LLC, & Pepper Hall, LLC for development of property generally located along Low Country Drive 462 and Bolan Hall Road/Strawberry Hill Road containing approximately 1,424 acres and eight lots with Tax Map Nos. 083-00-06-070, 083-00-06-080, 083-00-06-079, 083-00-06-071, 096-00-00-016, 096-00-00-026, 096-00-00-027, 083-00-06-074, which will accompany the proposed Tickton Hall Special District and Regional Plan.
This agreement is available for public inspection and copying in the office of the Town of Ridgeland’s Planning & Community Development Department.
At the public hearing all taxpayers and residents of the Town of Ridgeland and other interested people who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views.
