3:19 a.m. Officers responded to the commercial motor vehicle parking on the north bound side of I-95 for a motorist assist.

7:13 a.m. Officers responded to Airport Road for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

8:46 a.m. Officers met with a complainant on West Main Street in reference to a bag that he set down near Turtle Park. The bag was missing when the complainant returned to retrieve the bag.

9:41 a.m. Officers responded to the Sunoco Station, 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a motorist assist.

11:00 a.m. Officers responded to Old House Road for a report of debris in the roadway.

12:32 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of Enmarket, 8250 East Main Street, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

3:22 p.m. Officers responded to Fordville Road to assist the Jasper County Sheriff's Office on a traffic stop.

3:27 p.m. Officers responded to Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a suspicious person.

5:02 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Owens Street for an activated alarm.

5:45 p.m. Officers met with a complainant at the Ridgeland Police Department in reference to verbal threats.

6:29 p.m. Officers responded to Ridgeland Baptist Church, 1448 Grays Highway, for an activated alarm.

7:28 p.m. An orange semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 32 mile marker south bound on I-95.

8:23 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Boulevard for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. One subject was checked out by EMS.

10:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 17 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

11:00 p.m. Officers met Donald Earl Greene, Jr. at the Jasper County Detention Center. Greene turned himself in on two active arrest warrants from August 13, 2007. Greene was arrested for failure to stop for blue light and driving under suspension. Greene was booked into the Jasper County Detention Center to await a bond hearing.

February 27

2:12 a.m. Officers assisted the South Carolina Highway Patrol on a traffic stop at the intersection of Woodlawn Street and South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

6:47 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Russell Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

8:06 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Wise Street for an activated alarm.

4:35 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and Jacob Smart Boulevard for a motorist assist.

5:35 p.m. Officers responded to Ken's Tires, 10464 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

7:58 p.m. Officers spoke with a complainant via telephone in reference to threats being received from an inmate at the Jasper County Detention Center. The incident remains under further investigation.

8:16 p.m. A white truck was reported as driving recklessly on Old House Road.

8:50 p.m. Officers responded to Devonwood Apartments to assist EMS with a patient transport.

5:14 a.m. Officers assisted the Ridgeland Correctional Institute with an assault and battery that took place between inmates.

8:08 a.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Court House, 265 Russell Street, for an activated alarm.

8:45 a.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a suspicious person.

9:09 a.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a suspicious vehicle.

2:09 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 17 mile marker north bound on I-95.

4:37 p.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a civil matter.

6:15 p.m. A white Honda sedan was reported as driving recklessly on Lowcountry Drive as it headed towards Ridgeland.

6:31 p.m. Officers responded to West Main Street in front of the U.S. Post Office for an oil spill.

9:16 a.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Boulevard for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported by EMS.

12:12 p.m. Officers responded to Burger King, 8257 East Main Street, for a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

3:51 p.m. Officers responded to Shortstop BP, 10728 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a motorist assist.

7:04 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on 1st Avenue for a report of threats being communicated by text messages and on Facebook.

11:08 p.m. Officers assisted the Jasper County Sheriff's Office with a suspicious person incident on Scots Pine Road.

12:31 a.m. Officers responded to the Quality Inn, 221 James L. Taylor Drive, for a report of loud noises.

4:50 a.m. Officers responded to New Hong Kong Restaurant, 8176 East Main Street, for an activated alarm.

7:27 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for a domestic dispute between a male and female subject.

8:40 a.m. Officers were approached by a concerned citizen that found a wallet at a local business. Officers have made multiple attempts tp locate the owner.

2:27 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 5 mile marker north bound on I-95.

2:30 p.m. Officers responded to Unique Expressions, 7716 West Main Street, for an assault and battery that took place between a parent and child. The parent reported to responding officers that the child struck them in the face and broke their glasses and cellphone. The parent declined to press charges.

10:56 p.m. Officers assisted the Jasper County Sheriff's Office with a shots fired call on Cherry Hill Road.

February 22

2:14 a.m. Officers responded to Enmarket, 8250 East Main Street, for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

7:10 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and Jacob Smart Boulevard for a motorist assist.

8:32 a.m. A black Mercedes sedan was reported a driving recklessly at the 28 mile marker south bound on I-95.

11:00 a.m. Officers responded to Turtle Park, 7675 West Main Street, for a welfare check.

2:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

4:13 p.m. Officers responded to the 20 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a report of debris in the roadway.

4:20 p.m. Officers assisted EMS with a patient transport on North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

4:40 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles in the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

10:12 p.m. Officers observed a white Hyundai traveling above the posted limit at the 19 mile marker south bound on I-95. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and discovered that the driver, Jabryon L. Wells, did not have a valid driver's license. Wells was arrested for speeding and no driver's license, and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. A licensed passenger was allowed to drive the vehicle from the scene.

10:47 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Perry Street and West Adams Street in reference to a vehicle collision involving one vehicle and a utility pole. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

11:27 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Detention Center, 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, to place a male subject on trespass notice for the property.

February 21

7:38 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Wilson Street and Logan Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

10:24 a.m. A green truck was reported as driving recklessly on Grays Highway as it headed to the town limits.

10:30 a.m. In response to a burglary that occurred on Wise Street on February 13, 2019, Investigators with the Ridgeland Police Department were able to determine three suspects. Melissa Marie Deloach, Dana Diane Deloach and Morris Lenvard Smith had warrants issued for Burgalry 2nd Degree. Dana Diane Deloach and Morris Lenvard Smith were located immediately and arrested on the outstanding arrest warrants. They were transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. At 8:00 p.m., Melissa Marie Deloach was located and arrested. She was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

2:35 p.m. Officers responded to South Jacob Smart Boulevard for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

3:29 p.m. Officers responded to O'Reilly's Auto Parts, 11058 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, to assist the Ridgeland Fire Department with a vehicle fire.

4:26 p.m. Officers responded to North Jacob Smart Boulevard for a motorist assist.

5:46 p.m. Officers responded to Coosaw Scenic for a vehicle collision involving three vehicles. No injuries were reported.

7:46 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for a domestic dispute.

9:41 a.m. Officers responded to Badcock Furniture, 10213 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

10:35 a.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 11 mile marker north bound on I-95.

1:09 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of the Alternative School, 456 Grays Highway, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

1:34 p.m. A white semi truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 20 mile marker north bound on I-95.

4:39 p.m. A silver Ford Escape was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

9:00 a.m. A black Chevrolet sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 16 mile marker north bound on I-95.

12:48 p.m. Officers assisted the Hardeeville Police Department with a stolen vehicle in their jurisdiction. Ridgeland officers assisted with a K9 in the tracking of a suspect once the vehicle was recovered.

2:20 p.m. A silver Toyota Camry was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

3:08 p.m. Officers responded to Star Pont BP, 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

4:41 p.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of suspicious activity.

9:14 p.m. A black Chrysler mini van was reported as driving recklessly at the 13 mile marker north bound on I-95.

February 15

6:04 a.m. Officers responded to West Main Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

6:35 a.m. A black BMW sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

9:52 a.m. Officers responded to Old House Road for a report of debris in the roadway.

2:15 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on West Adams Street for an activated alarm.

2:38 p.m. Officers observed John A. Hunnicutt, Jr. at the Short Stop BP, 10728 South Jacob Smart. Hunnicutt, Jr. had three outstanding warrants from a previous incident. Hunnicutt, Jr. was arrested for the outstanding warrants and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

5:16 p.m. Officers responded to Family Dollar, 74 South Green Street, for a report of counterfeit money being used at the business. The incident remains under further investigation.

7:05 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on North Green Street for a report of a small child being locked inside of a vehicle.

9:05 p.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported by EMS.

10:34 p.m. Officers responded to Wise Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

February 14

2:36 p.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of suspicious activity in the parking lot.

2:59 p.m. Officers responded to Turpin Park, 901 North Logan Street, for report of a dog running at large.

3:54 p.m. Officers responded to the North Ridge Subdivision for a report of a male subject trespassing around a pond.

5:09 p.m. A black Ford Fusion was reported as driving recklessly at the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95.

5:59 p.m. Officers responded to Advance Auto Parts, 10424 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of suspicious activity in the parking lot.

6:23 p.m. Officers responded to McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a motor vehicle collision involving two cars in the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

6:40 p.m. Officers with the Hardeeville Police Department located Tommy Lavor Williams, who had two outstanding warrants with the Ridgeland Police Department. Officers with the Ridgeland Police Department took custody of Williams and transported him to the Jasper County Detention Center. Williams was accused of taking a bicycle without permission of the owner on October 26, 2018. Williams was also accused of resisting arrest on October 27, 2018, when officers with the Ridgeland Police Department attempted to arrest him.

February 13

7:04 a.m. Officers responded to Grays Highway for a report of a suspicious male harassing students as they walked to school.

7:30 a.m. Officers responded to Grays Highway for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. One person was transported by EMS.

8:33 a.m. Officers responded to the Alternative School, 456 Grays Highway, for a report of vandalism to a vehicle. The incident is under further investigation.

9:42 a.m. Officers responded to Coosaw Scenic Drive for a motorist assist.

2:47 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Eleanor Avenue for an activated alarm.

2:52 p.m. A black Honda was reported as driving recklessly on Old House Road.

4:01 p.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

5:50 p.m. Officers responded to Trout Street for a report of a vacant mobile home that had been damaged by a group of juveniles. The victim and the parents of the juveniles reached an agreement for the repair of the damages.

7:50 p.m. Officers responded to Shade Tree Street for a report of a stolen dirt bike from a residence. The incident remains under further investigation.

8:32 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Wise Street for a report of a burglary. The incident remains under further investigation.

February 12

4:05 p.m. Officers responded to Family Dollar, 74 South Green Street, for a report of counterfeit currency. The incident remains under further investigation.

4:30 p.m. Officers responded to the Star Point, 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of damage to the fuel by a customer. The customer left prior to arrival of officers and the incident remains under further investigation.

February 11

12:16 a.m. Officers responded to Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a 911 hang up call.

1:20 a.m. Officers responded to the Siesta, 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of someone knocking on doors.

4:10 a.m. A black Cadillac sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

10:48 a.m. Officers met with a local business owner in reference to a fraudulent check that was cashed at his business. The incident remains under further investigation.

3:50 p.m. A gray Toyota Camry was reported as driving recklessly at the 30 mile marker south bound on I-95.

9:00 p.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a report of a dog running at large.

February 10

5:22 a.m. Officers responded to 21 Centre, 8120 Main Street, for an activated alarm.

5:48 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

6:26 a.m. Officers responded to New Hong Kong Restaurant, 8176 East Main Street, for an activated alarm.

8:30 a.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 209 Heron Crossing Road, for a welfare check on an elderly resident.

11:30 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a report of a suspicious person.

February 9

1:25 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Shade Tree Street for a burglary that occurred in a vehicle. The incident remains under further investigation.

7:37 a.m. Officers responded to Simply Carolina Kitchen and Bath, 10688 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

12:38 p.m. Officers responded to Pizza Bella based on a tip that an employee of the business was a fugitive from the state of New Jersey. Michael Craig Franklin was located at the business and it was confirmed that he was wanted by the Essex County Sheriff's Office, New Jersey. Franklin was arrested and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center where he awaits being transported back to New Jersey.

1:22 p.m. Officers observed a white Nissan Rogue traveling above the posted speed limit at the 22 mile marker south bound on I-95. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle when they approached it. The driver of the vehicle was cited for speeding and simple possession of marijuana and released with a court date.

2:47 p.m. Officers responded to North Green Street for a report of a dog running at large.

6:28 p.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 209 Heron Crossing Road, for a 911 hang up call.

February 8

1:04 a.m. Officers received a BOLO, be on the look out, for a red Ford truck that was reported to be possibly driven by an intoxicated driver. The Ford truck was located on Frontage Road and officers observed the vehicle make several violations. A traffic stop was conducted based upon the driving infractions and the driver of the vehicle, Camilo Cruz, was arrested for no driver's license and driving under the influence. Cruz was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. Cruz's vehicle was towed by a wrecker from rotation to their facility.

10:21 a.m. Officers met with a complainant in reference to an assault and battery that occurred to a juvenile the previous night. The incident remains under further investigation.

10:35 a.m. Officers responded to Boa N' RV World, 401 Sycamore Drive, for a report of a stolen vehicle from their lot. The vehicle was listed in NCIC as stolen. The incident remains under further investigation.

11:18 a.m. Officers responded to the Health Department, 651 Grays Highway, for a 911 hang up call.

11:39 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Bees Creek Road and Sweet William for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was transported by EMS.

1:26 p.m. Officers responded to the 23 mile marker south bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

2:33 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a report of two people asking people for money.

4:33 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Adams Street for an activated alarm.

4:45 p.m. Officers responded to Scott's Automotive, 495 South Green Street, for a civil complaint involving an impounded vehicle.

5:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 22 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

6:37 p.m. Officers responded to Old House Road for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. One person was pronounced deceased as a result of their injuries. Three other people were transported to area hospitals for further treatment.

6:40 p.m. Officers responded to Sailfish Circle for a report of a suspicious person in a homeowners yard.

10:26 p.m. A black and blue tow truck was reported as driving recklessly at the 21 mile marker south bound on I-95.

February 7

9:50 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Bees Creek Road for a report of suspicious activity. The homeowner believed that an attempt was made to make entry into the residence while they were away for a period of time.

10:41 a.m. Officers received a complaint from a parent in reference to their child receiving unwanted messages from another child while attending the Ridgeland School.

4:29 p.m. A white Nissan sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 15 mile marker north bound on I-95.

5:17 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Adams Street for an activated alarm.

February 6

2:12 a.m. Officers responded to West Main Street for a report of a suspicious male .

7:54 a.m. Officers responded to Grahamville Road for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

8:06 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on McTeer Avenue for an activated alarm.

10:02 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Hagin Drive for an activated alarm.

1:10 p.m. Officers responded to Grays Highway for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

1:17 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County DSS Building, 10908 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for motorist assist. The driver of the vehicle stated that their vehicle ran out of fuel.

4:11 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Adams Street for an activated alarm.

4:47 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Owens Street for a report of damage that occurred to a vehicle. The incident remains under further investigation.

1:27 a.m. Officers responded to East Main Street for a motorist assist.

2:37 a.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

8:44 a.m. Officers responded to the Boy's and Girl's Club, 456 Grays Highway, for an activated alarm.

1:46 p.m. Officers responded to the Star Point BP, 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, to assist EMS with a patient.

2:22 p.m. Officers responded to Old House Road for a vehicle collision involving one vehicle. One person was transported by EMS.

3:36 p.m. Officers observed a vehicle traveling above the posted speed limit on Smith's Crossing and initiated a traffic stop for the violation. The driver of the vehicle, Fabian Habersham, was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be crack cocaine and a handgun. Habersham was arrested for possession of crack cocaine, unlawful carry of a handgun, possession of a handgun by a felon and speeding. Habersham was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. The vehicle was turned over to a family

8:37 p.m. Officers responded to Christ Central, 11754 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a report of a theft. The incident remains under further investigation.

February 4

6:54 a.m. A black sedan was reported as driving south bound at the 28 mile marker north bound on I-95. The South Carolina Highway Patrol was able to get the vehicle stopped before the vehicle reached the town limits of Ridgeland.

7:00 a.m. Officers responded to Beacon of Hope, 11332 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for an activated alarm.

10:14 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on East Woodlawn Street for a report of a racoon in the backyard. The racoon was deceased when officers arrived and the carcass was properly disposed of prior to their departure.

11:06 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Azalea Avenue for a report of two females going to a residence and attempting to gain entry through the front door. The homeowner was able to see this through the use of cameras at the residence.

1:32 p.m. Officers responded to the Ridgeland Library, 451 East Wilson Street, for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim stated that their blue BMW 328XI was stolen as they were in the library. The vehicle has been entered into NCIC. 3:58 p.m.

3:58 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Smith's Crossing and South Jacob Smart Boulevard for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

6:19 p.m. Officers responded to the Palms, 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a welfare check on a group of people who acted as if they were going to fight.

6:21 p.m. Officers responded to Dollar General, 8123 East Main Street, for a report of a customer causing problems in the store.

6:48 p.m. Officers responded to a residence on Owens Street for a report of a child who had to walk home in the dark from school.

10:15 p.m. A small sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 14 mile marker north bound on I-95.

February 3

2:04 a.m. A black sedan was reported as driving recklessly at the 9 mile marker north bound on I-95.

7:23 a.m. Officers responded to New Hong Kong Restaurant, 8176 East Main Street, for an activated alarm.

8:27 a.m. Officers responded to a residence on Augusta Avenue for a report of phone harassment.

3:39 p.m. Officers responded to the Waffle House, 8185 East Main Street, for a report of a group of teenagers in the parking lot harassing customers.

9:24 p.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 72 Heron Crossing Road, for a report of a suspicious person.

9:45 p.m. Officers responded back to Heron Crossing Apartments, 72 Heron Crossing Road, for a report of a suspicious person.

3:52 a.m. Officers responded to Bay Tree Apartments, 107 1st Avenue, for a report of a suspicious person.

4:05 a.m. Officers responded to ATV Warehouse, 8167 East Main Street, for a report of a suspicious person.

5:14 p.m. Officers responded to the BP Station, 80 Blue Heron Drive, for a motorist assist.

6:41 p.m. A red Honda Civic was reported as driving recklessly at the 13 mile marker north bound on I-95.

7:53 p.m. Officers responded to Piggly Wiggly, 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a 911 hang up call.

7:57 p.m. Officers responded to Pizza Hut, 10856 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for report of a suspicious person.

8:21 p.m. Officers responded to Siesta Motel, 10535 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a domestic dispute. Tywann Terry was arrested as a result of the incident and charged with Violation of a court order and domestic violence, 1st degree. Terry was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

9:31 p.m. Officers responded to the Quality Inn, 221 James L. Taylor Drive, for a report of a suspicious person. The person, Henry Spann, was located and placed on trespass notice at request of the business.

February 1

9:05 a.m. Officers responded to the Forest Motel, 10504 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a welfare check on a child.

11:22 a.m. Officers responded to Heron Crossing Apartments, 72 Heron Crossing Road, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. Mo injuries were reported.

12:36 p.m. Officers responded to Floyd Street for a report of a dog running at large.

2:13 p.m. Officers responded to the 18 mile marker north bound on I-95 for a motorist assist.

2:52 p.m. Officers responded to the Jasper County Detention Center, 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard, for a male subject refusing to leave the property.

3:53 p.m. A white Toyota RAV4 was reported as driving recklessly at the 26 mile marker south bound on I-95.

3:58 p.m. Officers responded to the parking lot of Harvey's, 8205 East Main Street, for a vehicle collision involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

5:33 p.m. An unsecured child was reported in a white sedan as it traveled on East Main Street.

6:48 p.m. Officers responded to North Green Street for a motorist assist.

10:24 p.m. Officers responded to McDonald's, 8548 Grahamville Road, for a report of a group of teenagers throwing trash inside the restaurant.
